Refund Policy

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without giving a reason. The full rules are set out in our Terms of Service (§ 8).

How to return an item

Email us at hello@woofroot.com with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form at the end of the Terms of Service. Please send the product back within 14 days of telling us, to:

What can be returned

We accept treats back in their intact, factory-sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept packs that were opened after delivery.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the product back is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

We will refund all payments, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund goes back to the payment method used for the order. We may hold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back. Your bank may need a few extra days to credit the money.

Damaged parcel or wrong item

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If a product is damaged or you received something other than what you ordered, email us at hello@woofroot.com, ideally with a photo. We treat this as a complaint and cover the costs ourselves. The complaint rules are set out in our Terms of Service (§ 9).
